In my attempts to simulate sensory overload I decided to take part in a 24 hour livestream, playing FIFA. Playing a game for 24 hours with the level of technicality that FIFA can provide was definitely something that I underestimated. I did my research and made sure I didn’t fall into any pitfalls that would … Continue reading 24 hour marathon in the bag
Well Hello there. It’s been a while since my last blog, not sure what I can say, loss of sense of humour, so busy, tired. Plenty of excuses but it’s not about excuses now, it’s about getting back on the horse. First things first, this Friday(Tomorrow) is my 2nd big challenge on my Year of … Continue reading Hi, it’s been a while but…
We’re here, it’s September, it’s the 13th, it’s O’s birthday. The time has begun to start my year and one day fundraising effort for the National Autistic Society. The video below covers everything I have planned for the following year, please just take a few minutes to watch it, that would mean the world to me.
Every now and then there are certain situations that as a parent frustrate you and terrify to your core when they happen, hours later when you look back at them they make you laugh. These stories need to be told. O likes to take mood swings to the extreme and his relationship with cheese is one of the most baffling. Depending on the season… day… hour… hell, even minute he could like cheese or hate it, it’s always worth checking before we do anything. Continue Reading...
By far the latest ‘Sunday evening Vlog and Blog’ ever, simply because it’s Monday, I wasn’t able to render the video until tonight, so apologies, but now let’s begin. A very happy me. I set my three running goals at the beginning of the year and now I have completed all three with a ten mile run in 1 hour and 22 minutes, a full 23 minutes quicker than when I did the Great South Run in 2014.

We have C, the 3 year old daredevil, unfettered by hindrances like; experience, common sense, fear and quite possibly, depth perception. Continue reading...

OK, here it is, the video to explain it all, my plans for the year ahead (starting 13th September), watch for the cameo at the end too. https://youtu.be/9x2WXMo9VLM To run over the plan again, mainly because my mind goes blank in front of a camera and I’ll probably cover a few of the bits that … Continue reading The Anouncement
